C - MUTE SYSTEM 23 is a thin sound insulation system for ceilings developed and refined by the R&D department of DECIBEL. C - MUTE is a product designed to reduce the impact and airborne noise in residential and public buildings.
The most important acoustic principle used in the system is mass + spring + mass. The DECIBEL engineers have made an extra thin and 4 times more effective system, mounted via 8 specially designed anti-vibration DClox mounting elements.
What enables DECIBEL to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the system is that the sound insulation is first simulated using FEM software and then the results are verified with laboratory tests.
