Product description:

self-supporting sandwich panels, noise insulation and absorption built up from:

- 0.6 mm steel plate (outside) provided with profiling, galvanized Z275 and standard

      equipped with 50 mm polyurethane coating, in colors in accordance with RAL 9002 and RAL 7016 (100 mm)

- continuous glued at right angles to the fiber direction cut non-combustible mineral wool for

      carrying 60 mm and a non-combustible glass wool for the implementation of 100 mm

- 0.6 mm perforated steel plate stuco, perforation degree of 32.7%, galvanized Z275 and provided with

      25 mm polyester coating in standard color corresponding to RAL 9002

large lengths, different thicknesses, different colors, etc. on request 

tolerances: +/- 3.0 mm for thickness and width, +/- 10.0 mm for length

Montage

the panels are attached to the structure by means of self-drilling parkers

the bottom, top and end sides of the panels are finished with U-profiles

For outdoor installation we recommend the top of the panels off to screens with a rain profiles and seams between panels and lower sections down to kitten
